Unusual colouring and beautiful scentA Mediterranean beauty, Muscari Pink Sunrise is one of the most popular early spring flowering bulbs. Perfect for naturalising, or planting in borders or containers. In spring white buds cluster atop wiry stems, looking much like an upside-down bunch of grapes, hence the common name. Each bud opens, revealing soft, baby pink, urn-shaped blooms which release a gentle, delicious scent. Leave undisturbed after flowering and they will bloom year after year, a treat in the garden for you and the bees to enjoy a nectar-rich treat. The name Muscari comes from the Greek for musk, relating to the scent and make great little cut flowers, a vase of these pretty pink blooms will last up to a week in your home. Pull rather than cut the stems to get the maximum length.Muscari Pink Sunrise grows to a height of around 15cm, and has an RHS hardiness rating of H6, so will not require any frost protection across most of the UK.
