Held on strong leafy stems your garden will be filled with a sweet scent.Originating from Japan and known commonly as the Easter Lily. In the language of flowers, it symbolises purity, virtue, innocence, hope and life.Happiest in well-drained soil in a sunny spot, Lilium longiflorum 'Foliis Variegatis' will reach around 1m tall, spreading to 30cm. A hardy bulbous perennial with an RHS hardiness rating of H4, which would be grateful for some protection against the coldest winter weather.
