Commencing in May and lasting through to August the jaunty flowers of Lavandula pedunculata subsp. ‘Lucitanica’ will not only be a haven for bees and other pollinators, they will add colour, fragrance and calming impact to your planting. Suitable for borders, rockeries, containers and raised beds – with a literal twist on the English lavender added by their tufty lilac purple turrets of petals. A wonderfully neat and compact variety with grey green foliage which forms decorative mounds from which the strong, long flower stems emerge.
