Lively, impressive and fiery, Kniphofia Redhot Popsicle boasts cinnamon red flowerheads in the shaped of a poker. Specially bred to be compact, attractive, upright clumps of grass-like foliage create neat and tidy movement and texture.Bunched and well-behaved, from June to October, strong stems rise holding clusters or bright buds which open to reveal fantastic, bright orange-yellow, poker-like flowerhead. Perfect for smaller gardens, in borders and containers, you will have plenty of blooms to cut and create exciting, long-lasting indoor arrangements.An excellent addition to wildlife gardens where pollinators will revel in the nectar-rich feast. Kniphofia are happy growing in coastal areas, unbothered by salty sea winds.Known commonly as Torch Lilies, Kniphofia are native to Africa, drought tolerant and not fussy on soil conditions, growing happily in moist, well-drained soil in sun or part shade. Reaching a height of 60cm, spreading to 50cm, Kniphofia Redhot Popsicle is a fully hardy perennial to -15 C, thriving outside with no winter protection required in most the of UK.
