Soft lemon-yellow petals intensify to a rich golden centre, spangling the cascading stems of Jamesbrittenia 'Light Yellow' from early summer until late autumn.Known as South African Phlox, Jamesbrittenia is a tender perennial, often grown as annual bedding in frost-prone areas. H&S: 30cm x 60cm.Plant in well-drained soil in full sun or part shade. Add a handful of slow-release fertiliser to your compost at the time of planting to keep plants fed through the summer. Water well, during hot or dry spells of weather Place near the edge of a large pot or hanging basket to spill months of cheery colour from your containers. Combines well with free-flowing Nemesia, Petunias, and delicate Lobelia or Lobularia.Prune longer trails back by at least half in late summer once they start to look tired to re-invigorate your plants and produce more flowering stems.
