For further animation flowers will shift in colour as they mature so there are often multiple hues of bloom on a single plant. Foliage emerges earlier than the flowers in March and brings glaucous green, purple or red fleshy leaves lending earlier interest. Sedums are and ideal way to bring a splash of colour to pots, gravel gardens, borders and rockeries where their intriguing form will add variance and vitality too.Intriguing Sedum telephium Collection comprises: 'Dark Magic' - a glossy variety with purple-black foliage and dark pink flowers, S: 30cm; 'Mr Goodbud' AGM holding variety with dusky pink hues to its foliage and large, vibrant pink flowers, S: 50cm; and AGM holding newcomer, 'Carl', with pink flowerheads on strong, long stems S: 55cm.Plants prefer well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade.
