Large blooms are held in domed clusters on this medium sized hydrangea, which is petite enough for containers and smaller spaces, as well as larger plots. Hydrangea arborescens ‘CandyBelle Bubblegum’ is relative newcomer, native to the USA and a relative of wild hydrangea. Blooms are held from July to September and, as flowers fade, the foliage takes over with a display of rich, warm autumn colour. Hydrangea arborescens ‘CandyBelle Bubblegum’ is a robust and attractive shrub, fabulous for transforming a partially shaded spot. Ideal for the mid to back of a border where foliage, held from March to November, provides a wonderful back drop to other planting for 9 months of the year.
