Snowy-white petals create large, cup-shaped blooms with a deep and adorable centre. Helleborus x hybridus 'Single White Dark Centre' reveals a rich burgundy toned heart which is beautifully enhanced by pale yellow stamen. Blooms appear from January to May and are framed by robust, dark green foliage which benefits from serrated edges and a resilient waxy sheen. These fully hardy, easy-going evergreen perennials will not only add interest to the garden - they are great as cut flowers too with a long vase life and large, saucer-shaped blooms up to 8cm across. Plant with other hellebores to offer a multicoloured extravaganza or as singles alongside ferns and hostas to bring a variation of form and flower.Plant Helleborus x hybridus 'Single White Dark Centre' away from full sun, avoiding a south facing aspect. Prefers moist, humus-rich, well-drained soil. Reaches a height and spread of up to 50cm.
