We love the form and colour of Helleborus Double Ellen 'Yellow Shades' as it adds a ray of zesty sunshine to your borders from January through to May. Ideal as a way of brightening a shady corner of your winter garden the generous double blooms with petticoat frilled petals can also be cut and taken indoors to enjoy in your home. Blooms will bob and sway on the breeze and, framed by the glossy evergreen leaves, act as a herald to spring with their golden hues.While deer and rabbit resistant, these nectar-rich plants are extremely attractive to pollinators - don't be surprised if a sleepy bumble bee or two makes an appearance in your garden.
