Tell Me More...
Glittering Artemisia Collection brings you three silky and strokable mounds of feathery. Each plant additionally offers herby aromatics which are released when plants are brushed passed or pressed. Alongside this luxurious foliage small, yellow flowers emerge from August to September for added decorous interest. Glittering Artemisia Collection comprises the compact schmidtiana Silver Mound (H: 25cm S: 40cm); AGM holding schmidtiana Nana (H: 15cm S: 30cm); and taller variety, ludoviciana Silver Queen (H: 75cm S: 60cm). Plants are ideal for a sunny border or mixed container and foliage is often retained all year in milder parts of the UK although they are classified as semi-evergreen, hardy perennials. Glittering Artemisia Collection is the perfect way to vary foliage colour and add long-lasting groundcover to the garden. Native to temperate Asia as well as parts of Europe and Canada, wormwood, as it is commonly known, has been used in medicine for decades and is an active part of drinks such as vermouth and absinthe.
