Tell Me More...
An unusual and interesting hardy bush, Fuchsia ‘Delta’s Sarah’ originates from the Netherlands. This beauty has large, semi-double flowers up to 6cm across with white sepals and purple-violet-blue petals. Flowers emerge in summer and remain into autumn, slowly maturing with maroon and white shades and supporting your garden’s transition between the seasons. Very weather resistant, the blooms hang from the wiry branches over toothed, dark green leaves with reddish-tinged young stems from June to October – adding a generous five months of colour. An eye-catching, perfectly proportioned display for a generously sized container which is equally suited to the middle of perennial borders, where our friendly pollinators will be enticed into investigating for a tasty nectar-rich treat. Reaching a mature height and spread of 1m, Fuchsia ‘Delta’s Sarah’ has an RHS hardiness rating of H4, so is hardy throughout most of the UK. Leaves will drop over winter, ready to sprout again in the spring.
