Tough and robust, displaying tiny bells in delicate shades, held in clusters atop wiry stems.Collection comprises; Muscari 'Pink Sunrise' - simply beautiful, a Muscari in the softest baby-pink you'll ever see; Muscari armeniacum 'Peppermint' - dark blue ombres into white and produces a sweet perfume; and Muscari armeniacum - or Armenian grape hyacinth boasts bold and beautiful cobalt-blue flowers, each one edged with white. Muscari are often referred to as the Grape Hyacinth because the closely packed flowers resemble a cross between a miniature hyacinth and a bunch of grapes. Gardeners love this spring flowering bulb because they grow in borders, through a lawn, in shady spots, in a woodland setting, under shrubs and in window boxes. A true versatile and easy bulbous perennial to grow Muscari prefer a moist, well-drained soil and a site where they benefit from full sun or partial shade. All are hardy perennial bulbs which will readily naturalise over time.
