Tell Me More...
Intriguing new arrivals for 2024 which offer fruity hued and generous flowers commencing in July and, with regular deadheading, blooming right through to October. These unusual dahlia blooms have a unique structure, whereby each flower has a twirly, ruffled ring of central petals, often referred to as a ‘collarette’, creating semi-double impact. Alongside, these features flowers have richly coloured, pollen laden hearts to lure in bees, butterflies and other pollinators. The ‘Decadent Dahlia Collection’ comprises ‘Rhubarb & Custard’ a large and delicious looking bloom with creamy tones and splashes of peach, red and purple; ‘Lemon Sherbet’ another fruity hued beauty with blooms on long stems over bushy, dark green foliage; and ‘Fifteen Love’ with dark green and purple foliage beneath rich orange, pink and red toned blooms. Plants reach a height of 80-90cm with a spread of 60cm and happily thrive in containers or open ground. Cut stems also have a long vase life for inside your home.
