Dahlia XXL 'Merida' is so vibrant and colourful that flowers often appear luminous. The perfect mix of peach and pink for a thrilling double bloom which is big, bold and bountiful too. Flowers are held atop strong stems, beneath dark and rich green foliage, from June to October each year - offering excellent material for bouquets and vases as well as for the garden. Remember to stake these precious blooms if you plant them in a more exposed area. Also ensure that you position them so that you and your visitors can fully appreciate their colourful exuberance - be that in a border or a carefully placed container.Dahlia XXL 'Merida' is a mound-forming, half-hardy perennial which needs lifting and storing over winter if you wish to enjoy her beauty again next year. Alternatively, it can be treated as an annual bedding plant. Dahlias, including 'Merida', prefer a site in full sun which has moist, well-drained soil. Reaches a height and spread of 60cm.
