Richly hued, purple and green foliage emerges in April and is retained through to November time. In July long, tall stems emerge, holding tight buds which open to reveal strikingly coloured orangey-red and pink blooms – each with a swirling ‘collarette’ of smaller petals to the centre. With regular deadheading these alluring flowers will be produced for up to four months, taking summer into autumn. Dahlia ‘Fifteen Love’ is a perfect match of dark leaves and vibrant petals with a nectar and pollen rich heart that is irresistible to garden pollinators.
