Cyclamen hederifolium var. hederifolium f. albiflorum offers the opportunity to create a magical, weed-suppressing enchanted carpet. Ideal for underplanting shrubs and trees as well as container planting to add to a shady table or ledge. Plants will readily naturalise in the right setting.Cyclamen hederifolium var. hederifolium f. albiflorum foliage is deep blue green with fascinating paler, often silvery, markings - almost as beautiful as the reflexed petals above which can appear windswept or timid in nature. Leaves have fleshy stems which can collapse as blooms fade and are best removed if this is the case. Rest assured this is part of the natural growth cycle and fresh new growth will continually appear from October through to as late as April.Plant these hardy (H5) cormous perennials in a site with a moist, free-draining soil and part shade.
