Leucanthemella

History and Origin:

Leucanthemella are a genus within the Asteraceae family, native to Europe. The variety named serotina was first named as Chrysanthemum serotinum by Linnaeus within his Species Plantarum documentation in 1753.

About:

Leucanthemella are herbaceous perennial plants with stately upright stems, adorned by lance-shaped leaves and large, crisp daisy-like flower heads. These modest yet beautiful plants tend to flower throughout summer and autumn providing a cheery backdrop in your beds and borders. Leucanthemella are best suited to cottage, informal and wildflower gardens. Leucanthemella will also make beautiful cut flowers for the home.
