Kalanchoe

History and Origin:

Kalanchoe is a genus of approximately 125 flowering plants within the Crassulaceae family, native to Madagascar and Africa. The genus was first described by French botanist, Michel Adanson in 1763.

About:

Kalanchoe are annuals, biennials, perennials, shrubs or trees with succulent rosettes of thick fleshy foliage and bell-shaped flowers that flourish throughout summer.
