Tell Me More...
Charming daisy like flowers in opulent fiery hues Helenium Indian Summer Mix will add a touch of luxury to your garden, producing flowers in yellows, oranges, and coppers from mid-summer though to autumn, the centres of the blooms becoming more prominent as the flowers age and the petals curve backwards. Helenium Indian Summer Mix are the perfect addition to borders and pots and look stunning when planted with grasses in prairie style gardens. They are classed as fully hardy perennials, with a maximum height of 1.5m and spread of 60cm. Preferring moist, well-drained soil in full sun, they benefit from being planted in a sheltered area. Otherwise known as Sneezeweed, Helenium are a big hit with bees, pollinators, and wildlife and if you remove spent blooms, you will be rewarded with a constant supply of flowers through the season. Added to a vase the cut flowers are captivating.
