Late season interest in a trio of colourPerhaps try something a little different with our Caryopteris x clandonensis Captivating Collection. This unusual and striking deciduous shrub is a relative of mint, sage and hyssop, with similarly aromatic foliage and pollinator-attracting flowers. Produced in whorls and with long, protruding stamen, flowers have a slight fluffy cloud-like appearance, coming into their prime often as many other plants are beginning to go over. Prized for its neat, rounded, compact habit, Caryopteris x clandonensis fits into borders, or can be used as an attractive, informal, low hedge. Our collection comprises of:- 'Sunshine Blue''Pink Perfection'; dark, rose-pink buds opening to light pink, with grey-green leaves. - 'White Surprise'; rich, lavender blue flower with luminous, variegated foliage. Prefer moist, well-drained soil in full sun and shelter from strong winds. Proximity to a wall, sunny wall will increase performance. H&S: 1m x 1.5m. Hardy perennial.
