Capsicum annuum 'Jupiter' is a block shaped pepper which is ideal for including in salads, sauces or stir fries. With thick, chunky and succulent walls, fruits start off as green (and are suitable to eat this stage) then ripen to a sweet, red pepper. The framework for fruits is made up of strong and sturdy stems suitable for supporting abundant cropping.Capsicum annuum 'Jupiter' blossoms in May to August with fruits produced from July to October. Plants are perfect for container growing and peppers are around 10cm in length so easily handled and the perfect portion size! Overall ideal for those of us who have a smaller garden, terrace or balcony yet still want to 'grow our own' for freshness and flavour.Plants prefer moist, well-drained soil in full sun.
