We have added vital ingredients to make sure that this peat-free compost meets or exceeds the needs of a home gardener and has a comparable performance with traditional peat-based formulations. Included in the super-powered components are: 12 weeks of slow-release plant food and a precise blend of sustainably sourced coir and 'Forest Gold' (composted wood chip) for improved water stability. This mix ensures water is retained yet plants do not become waterlogged. Furthermore, the compost is fine enough for potting-on and robust enough for containers, baskets, borders and the vegetable patch. Oh, and compost is lightweight, clean on the hands and comes with the assurance that your plants will consistently maintain appropriate moisture levels between waterings and have direct access to a balanced blend of nutrients.Supplied as easy-to-lift, 40L bags so that you can readily manoeuvre them around the garden.
