Huge, highly fragrant, trumpet-shaped blooms up to 30cm long erupt from long, fascinating buds, and ensure that Brugmansia sanguinea 'Yellow' will command attention in your summer and early autumn garden.Also known commonly as Angels Trumpets, Brugmansia are a family of tropical South American beauties which will, literally, stop you in your tracks with their spectacular summer performance. They are sure to delight you, your friends, and your neighbours with their spectacular summer performance.Vigorous and fast growing to a height of 2.5-3.5m, and spreading to 1.8-2.4m, Brugmania 'Yellow' prefers to be grown in moist, well-drained soil in sun or part shade. A tender perennial (RHS H1c) which will need to be kept frost free over winter. Brugmansia sanguinea 'Yellow' will also grow happily in a large pot, to be moved indoors during winter as a houseplant and can be pruned back to restrict size.
