Baptisia australis 'Dutch Chocolate' produces tall stems, bearing pea-like blooms in rich shades of reddish-brown and yellow from May through to July each year. Nectar-rich, these flowers will pull in pollinators for a feast and also make a beautiful inclusion in a vase or bouquet.
