Eco-friendly plant pots made from bamboo and rice Environmentally friendly, sage green pots produced from sustainable bamboo fibre and rice starch resin, designed to decrease the impact of single-use plastics on the environment. Free from petroleum-based plastics and BPA (bisphenol A). Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use - perfect for growing on plants to reach maturity, each holding approximately 3 litres of compost. Simply wash the pots with warm soapy water once you have finished using them, allowing them to dry fully before storing and re-using. Bamboo pots will last for up to 5 years and can be composted when you need to eventually dispose of them, breaking down within 6-12 months in a home composting system. Made from only naturally occurring compounds and the by-products of rice production, these durable, attractive, pots are a great step towards helping the environment and are a new favourite here at Hayloft.
