Tell Me More...
Arctotis x hybrida Wine is one of the most floriferous plants we know. Crisp, silvery pink flowers up to 8cm across, with yellow centres, are produced in abundance from early summer to the first frosts. Each flower is held on a long thick stem. Peek beneath the finely cut, silver-grey foliage to see even more buds waiting to reach upwards and open towards the sunshine. You will have an unbelievable, almost never-ending, long flowering, living bouquet. Flowering continually from late spring, until first frosts, your local pollinators will come visiting for weeks on end. A drought tolerant African Daisy which prefers to be grown in well-drained soil in a sunny spot, although can cope with part shade. Reaching a height of 50cm and spreading to around 30cm, Arctotis x hybrida Wine is a tender perennial that will not survive temperatures below 5 C,
