Tell Me More...
A cottage garden favourite for their delicate looking blooms, Aquilegias are an easy to grow and reliable staple for any outdoor space. An abundance of flower shoots begins to appear in spring above lacey, grey-green foliage and they will continue all through summer. Easy to grow through the border to add to a natural planting style as they self-seed and will be popping up on their own accord each year. This Aquilegia Breeders Selection is a brilliant mixture of all the colours you could wish for, including single and ruffled double blooms too. Aquilegias are adored by the early season pollinators who will relish the chance to dance from bloom to bloom. Prefers a partially shaded or shaded location, these work well in woodland gardens or beneath taller trees and shrubs. Reaching a height of up to 90cm, the tall stems are delightful for cut flower displays. Fully hardy perennials.
