This is perhaps our favourite of the Angelonia Archangel plants. Feast your eyes upon linear leaves and tall stems that bare lots of large, orchid-like flowers. They wonderful scent and invigorating colour draw beautiful butterflies into your garden all summer long. We often refer to this tender perennial as a Thriller because of its upright structure and ability to instantly animate your borders and pots. Angelonia Archangel Cherry Red bares brilliantly unique, bright red blooms, the deepest darkest red in cooler light and a lovely watermelon red in warmer, diffused light. The fantastically lengthy season of colour is what makes these so special. Low maintenance, drought and humidity tolerant, Angelonia Archangel loves the heat. Grow in moist, well-drained soil in full sun. As relatively light feeders, you'll only need to apply an all-purpose fertiliser one a month.
