Allium Meadow Mix will create a stunning floral display of colours in any border or container. This shorter allium mix offers a number of mixed colour plants. Their floral spheres are formed by perfect star-shaped flowers which together create the distinctive round blooms. The blooms wave gently on leafless stems while foliage nestles low to the ground. Meadow mix would be perfect to enhance the front of a mixed border. Ornamental onions grow best in well-drained soil and in either full sun or partial sun. They are perfect to attract pollinators to the garden. As cut flowers they can last for up to 2 weeks in a vase. Alliums are easy to maintain and if clumps of plants grow too big for their plot then they can be divided up. Plant the bulbs in autumn (September-November) to be sure of a spectacular summer display.
