Romantic hues from this tall, bushy beauty with grey-green, fuzzy, lobed leaves which emerge in April and last through to October. Alcea x kitaibela 'Parkallee' is a new and exciting plant which bears hollyhock-like flowers with sensual, creamy-pink hues from mid-summer through to mid-autumn. Often referred to as a shrubby hollyhock, plants have excellent resistance to the 'rust'; something which blights its near relatives. Long, strong stems produce prolific blooms in perfect pastels which make a fabulous inclusion is vases and floral displays. Furthermore, nectar-rich blooms are a draw for pollinators and other wildlife.
