Tell Me More...
Agastache rugosa 'Beelicious Purple' is a new, compact, and bushy plant producing large, purple, nectar-rich flowerheads all summer long. Aptly named, it is much loved by bees and butterflies who will come readily into your garden to enjoy the nectar-rich feast. Being excellent when cut, lasing well in a vase, you will have armfuls of tubular, lilac-blue blooms to decorate your home for months on end in summer and into autumn. The compact, blue-green, evergreen foliage releases a calming minty scent when disturbed so perfect planted alongside a pathway or near a seat so you can fully enjoy the aroma. Agastache are deer, rabbit and slug resistant so you don't have to worry about them getting nibbled. Agastache rugosa 'Beelicious Purple' is really easy to grow, both drought and heat tolerant, preferring well-drained soil in sun although will cope happily with part shade too. Growing to a height and spread of approximately 30-45cm, Agastache Beelicious is a hardy perennial, so will thrive
