Tell Me More...
A truly stunning perennial, Achillea millefolium ‘Lilac Beauty’ produces huge, plate-like flowerheads, each made up of masses of tiny, soft, lilac-pink blooms. From May to October, they almost seem to cut through the more usual rounded or spiky shapes in your borders, giving often well-needed texture. Not only visually appealing, the nectar-rich blooms also attract pollinators such as bees and butterflies into your garden, enhancing the biodiversity of your garden. Growing to around 80cm in height and spreading about 60cm, ‘Lilac Beauty’ is ideal for borders, cottage gardens, and wildflower meadows. It thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, demonstrating excellent drought tolerance once established. This makes it a perfect choice for low-maintenance gardens. Achillea millefolium ‘Lilac Beauty’ is an herbaceous perennial which is fully hardy to around -20°C and requires minimal care, in well-drained soil in a sunny position. Drought tolerant once established, its resistance to deer and rabbits adds to its appeal, ensuring a beautiful, long-lasting display with little effort.
