Your order is important to us and we will endeavor to deliver a service that we would like to receive ourselves. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based in the delivery area and your credit or account card is authorised for the transaction. We will deliver plants when they are fit for purpose and ready for planting. In extremely rare circumstances, we may be unable to fulfil your order. An alternative plant will be chosen by our expert growers and an alternative plant may be dispatched. If you are unhappy with the selected substitute, contact should be made to us where a full refund will be issued.
You can collect your items from our main office if you have pre-ordered with our customer care team. We will inform you of when your plants are ready for collection by telephone. You may place an order on site, but we are unable to pick and pack your plants at the time of order. Plants are only selected when they have passed our intense quality checks.
We accept most major credit and debit cards except for American Express. Cheque and postal orders will need to be made payable to Hayloft Plants Ltd and sent to Hayloft Plants Ltd, Manor Farm Nurseries, Pensham, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 3HB. Purchases can be made by post, online or by telephone. (Internet only lines can only be purchased via the website) Payment will be taken at the time of purchase even when delivery dates are not imminent. If, for whatever reason there is a problem with payment authorization, a member of our customer care team will contact you with further instruction and information. Vouchers are personal to individual customers and should be used within the designated time frame stated. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further vouchers but can be used solitarily or in conjunction with other payment methods for product only. We will utmost care to keep all information connected with your order secure but cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from the website, unless this is solely due to our negligence.
If, for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, just return it to us within 21 days.
We promise to exchange the item or return the price you paid for the item in full. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Hayloft Plants will not agree to refunding the costs of returning the parcel to us.
