My items arrived damaged

Whilst we take the greatest care packing our plants, we cannot control what happens to them once they leave our nursery. If items arrive damaged, we will send replacements. Please contact us by calling 01386 562 999.

I have been sent the wrong item.

The delivery is not what I expected

My plants died

All of our plants are required to pass strict quality criteria before we send them to you. Occasionally some plants may not perform as well as expected. If your plants die we will send replacements as part of our No Quibble Guarantee. Please contact us by calling 01386 562 999.

How long do you take to process returns?

For refunds, please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account. Replacement items are subject to the delivery dates on our website at the time the replacement order is made. 

Can I exchange something?

To exchange an item, please return your original item to our freepost address: HAYLOFT PLANTS LTD, FREEPOST, RTGR-JAGJ-JETG, PENSHAM, PERSHORE, WORCESTERSHIRE, WR10 3HB. Please call us beforehand on 01386 562 999 to choose a new item and let us know that an exhange is being made.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a No Quibble Guarantee on all purchases, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your item. We will offer a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.

Do I need to pay to send items back?

Hayloft Plants will not agree to refunding the costs of returning the parcel to us.
