Fluffy, domed centres make these blooms look as though are akin to a rocket taking off. The lance-shaped leaves and electric orange blooms are held up high by long stems, adding a measure of interest to your borders. Zinnia look amazing in English cottage gardens where the colour shines bright and the blooms stand tall and proud. Bright, bold, and bushy, these half-hardy annuals steal the show from summer through to first frosts, giving you armfuls of cut flowers and attracting all the busy bees and beautiful butterflies. They prefer a sunny, warm, and open position. Plant in fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soil and deadhead to prolong the flowering period. You can also collect the seed from these plants to sow for the following year. H: 60cm S:30cm.
