A complementary trio of viburnum which bring interest through winter, spring, summer and autumn. Visual Viburnum Collection brings you two varieties which hold the RHS Award of Garden Merit, alongside a new and exciting variety which often repeat flowers right into autumn for extended delight. All three are deciduous shrubs with vibrant green foliage held through to September time, when leaves take on colourful hues before dropping around November. Flowers are produced in lace cap tiers and enchanting 'snowballs' from late spring to summer, or as candy pink blooms throughout the winter. Visual Viburnum Collection comprises: plicatum 'Watanabe' with enchanting autumn hues, berries for the birds and layers of white flowers, H & S: 2m; award-winning x bodnantense 'Dawn' perfectly pink, scented winter blooms and autumnal shades of orange and yellow, H: 2.5m S: 1.5m; and award-winning opulus 'Roseum' with snowy white balls of flowers in late spring early summer followed by red berries and purple foliage in October. H & S: 2.5-5m.Plant in moist, well-drained soil which benefits from sunshine for at least part of the day. Hardy shrubs, or small trees, which do not need winter protection.
