Description

Perfect for that late garden glow from summer to the end of autumn - a trio of Asters, or Michaelmas daisies, which bloom abundantly from August through to November. Theatrical Symphyotrichum Collection is a colourful collaboration which will form a glorious chorus in borders and containers. Flowers also offer an invaluable feast for pollinators and plants drought tolerant once established. Plant in tiers or line up in pots for an avenue of hardy perennials which hold their foliage from March to November and burst into bloom as other flowers begin to fade. This collection comprises: AGM holding novi-belgii 'Fellowship' which reaches a height of 1m and spreads to 75cm; snowy novi-belgii 'White Ladies' which also reaches a height of 1m and spreads to 80cm; and daintier novi-belgii 'Purple Dome' with a height and spread of 60cm. Plants in the Theatrical Symphyotrichum Collection prefer moist, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade and are fully hardy, herbaceous perennials.
