Salvia 'Peach Parfait' is a semi-evergreen variety of salvia which holds its foliage from March through to the first frosts each year. Plants have an upright habit with bushy growth and dark, aromatic foliage. Flowers are borne from June to November on tall stems, with peachy cream colours accented by the dark calyces. Blooms are excellent as an inclusion in vases and floral displays as well as being much loved by bees and other pollinators. Happy in open ground or in a carefully chosen container, Salvia 'Peach Parfait' is ideal for planting near a path or seat so that the stimulating fragrance is released whenever the foliage is brushed against.Plants are drought tolerant once they have established a good root structure and prefer a spot in well-drained soil which benefits from full sun or part shade. Salvia 'Peach Parfait' is an evergreen, half-hardy perennial which can withstand temperatures down to -5 C (it will need protection beyond this). Matures to a height of 90cm with a spread of 60cm.
