Tell Me More...
This Lychnis flos-cuculi collection will bring a light and airy feel to your pots and borders, with exquisite fluffy, frothy blooms in pink and white. The 'petite' range are smaller than their larger cousins, but just as showy. From May to September, candelabras bearing masses of white and pink blooms appear above mounds of deciduous foliage. The plant's affectionate name, Ragged Robin, was inspired by these delightfully shaggy-headed flowers. Bees and butterflies adore these fluffy, double blooms, enlivening your garden with busy activity. Fabulous for cutting for an interesting addition for your vases or arrangements.A sunny location with moist, moderately fertile soil best suits your hardy plant, also they cope with boggy soil on pond and stream margins too. This collection comprises of Lychnis flos-cuculi 'Petite Jenny' and Lychnis flos-cuculi 'Petit Henri' reaching a maximum height and spread of 30cm x 60cm. Hardy perennial with an RHS rating of H6.
