Hydrangea 'Runaway Bride', a new, highly floriferous type of Hydrangea, that we think will be your match made in heaven. Instead of just one bloom at the end of each branch like other hydrangea, 'Runaway Bride' will produce an abundance of blooms. Up to six, large, lace-cap, white flowerheads bloom on each branch, on each pair of leaves, from early summer to autumn. Looking rather garland-like, each single flower opens up soft pink from a pink tinged bud, and slowly matures to crisp white. An excellent and flamboyant addition to your indoor floral arrangements.Being relatively compact at a height and spread of 1.2m, Hydrangea 'Runaway Bride' is perfect grown in both containers and borders, preferring moist, neutral to acidic soil in sun or part shade. A fully hardy perennial with an RHS rating of H5, winter protection will probably not be required across most of the UK.
