Citrus x limon Meyer Tree

An espalier grown cocktail sized lemon tree which is unusual and attractive as a winter houseplant. Furthermore, they are both heavily scented and great for culinary use. Espaliers arrive on trellis in a 19cm pot which is ready wrapped with a decorative, water-resistant hessian bag. What's more they have 3-5 fruits already on the branches! Superb as presents for friends, relations and, even, yourself. The flowers are deeply scented, dainty little stars which will add a touch of Mediterranean exoticism to your home. Fruit can be left as decoration or sliced up for adding citrus notes to anything that benefits from some piquant pizzazz. We would strongly recommend it in a glass of something fizzy! Keep the leaves free from dust and thin out overcrowded branches in February to keep the trees well-shaped. Citrus plants like to be well-fed through the year with a high nitrogen feed in spring and summer then a proprietary citrus feed for the remainder. They can be taken outdoors when all risk of frost has passed. Plants supplied in 19cm pots, approximately on arrival 75cm in total height - they will mature over time to 1.8m in height with a spread of 100cm.
