Also known as Ficus 'Italian Brown', Ficus carica 'Brown Turkey' is a prolific fruiter and has been given the RHS Award of Garden Merit for outstanding performance. Drought and frost resistant, hardy down to -10 C with an RHS hardiness rating of H4, Ficus carica 'Brown Turkey' prefers to be grown in well-drained soil, in a bright, sheltered, and sunny area of your garden. Reaching a height and spread of 3-4m, it is happy in either a large pot or in the ground.
