Description

Frothing with flouncy petticoats, your 'Fantastic Fuchsia Double Collection' will dance into your heart with a profusion of charming ballerina blooms. 4 pendulous beauties will colour your garden with bicolour flowers in stunning combinations of violet and crimson, crisp cream and red, dark mauve and white, and bright pink and purple. Another generous double bloom, 'Fuchsia Harry Gray', will add an elegant shimmer of blushing white. 2 of these varieties, 'Fuchsia Dark Eyes' and 'Fuchsia Harry Gray' are also RHS award winners, adding star power to this glorious collection. A magnet for curious bees and butterflies, your fuchsias will be swathed in a chandelier of blooms from June all the way to October. Ranging from tender to hardy, your collection includes 4 trailing perennials - perfect for creating a bewitching display in your containers or hanging baskets and borders. Treat your tender varieties as annuals when planted out in the garden and overwinter your container-grown plants in a conservatory or enclosed porch. A hardy, upright variety, your 'Fuchsia Dark Eyes' will survive an average British winter in your garden. Offer this shrub some shelter from cold, drying winds and provide a deep winter mulch when the weather cools. All the plants in your collection will also benefit from moderate, yet regular watering during dry conditions. Thriving in sunny or partly sunny locations, your fuchsias are best planted in moist, well-drained soil. When fully grown, these varieties will reach a height of between 40cm - 60cm and a spread of around 45cm - 60cm.
