Description

A pick and mix of all your foxglove favourites Adored by gardeners and sought by the garden pollinators, these awesome digitalis have been curated to give you colourful spires of splendour from May to September. A combination of hardy and fully hardy biennials and perennials, not all the plants in this collection are native to the UK - only those which are found in heathland, on woodland edges and naturalised in gardens. Choose where to plant this array of pinks, purples, yellows, golds and whites in your garden, then watch as their delightfully dappled throats act as highlighted 'runways' for the bees and other pollinators. Collection comprises: x mertonensis 'Summer King' (H: 1.0m S: 50cm, hardy biennial) purpurea 'Candy Mountain' (H: 1.5m S: 60cm, fully hardy biennial) purpurea 'Alba' (H: 1.5m S: 60cm, fully hardy biennial) purpurea 'Apricot Beauty' (H: 1.5m S: 45cm, fully hardy biennial) purpurea (H: 2m S: 60cm, fully hardy biennial) purpurea subsp. heywoodii 'Silver Fox' (H: 75cm S: 45cm, hardy biennial) purpurea 'Dalmatian Purple' (H: 60cm S: 45cm, hardy biennial) lutea (H: 90cm S: 45cm, hardy perennial) obscura 'Dusky Maid' (H: 1.2m S: 50cm, hardy perennial) 'Elsie Kelsey' (H: 1.2m S: 45cm, fully hardy biennial) purpurea 'Dalmatian Peach' (H: 60cm S: 45cm, hardy biennial) purpurea 'Dalmatian Rose' (H: 60cm S: 45cm, hardy biennial) All varieties prefer moist, well-drained soil in a site which enjoys part sun/part shade.
