Bold Brugmansia Collection

Brugmansia are a family of tropical South American beauties which stop you in your tracks, and our Bold Brugmansia Collection is sure to delight you, your friends, and your neighbours. Once seen, never forgotten, the huge, highly fragrant blooms up to 30cm long erupt from large, fascinating buds all summer and into the autumn. With so many blooms, Brugmansia are also known commonly as 'Angels Trumpets', and it is easy to see why. Vigorous and fast growing, Brugmansia are perfect grown in a large pot and also make a superb centrepiece in a border; though bear in mind that it will need to be moved or protected over winter so perhaps bury it in the border still in its pot for ease of lifting. Bold Brugmansia Collection prefers to be grown in moist, well-drained soil in sun or part shade. Reaching a height of 3.5-4m and spreading to 2.5m, Brugmansia are warm, temperate, evergreen shurbs which will need to be kept frost free over winter.
