Bergenia 'Dragonfly Angel Kiss' is part of an incredibly tough and dependable evergreen family which requires little attention and gives generous rewards in return. These fantastic plants will seemingly grow almost anywhere and provide ground covering, floriferous, pollinator friendly foliage and flowers in abundance. Bergenia 'Dragonfly Angel Kiss' is an unusual Bergenia though. This special variety's blooms emerge pale pink and darken in intensity as they mature. Alongside this colour shift, leaves take on a reddish-purple tinge as weather turns colder in winter - lending an animated impact in the garden. Although relatively maintenance-free, it is beneficial to remove flower stalks after flowering in spring and tidy any fading leaves at this point to keep your plant looking its best. Bergenia 'Dragonfly Angel Kiss' is a clump-forming, evergreen, hardy perennial. Although incredibly adaptable it prefers humus-rich, moist, well-drained soil in part sun, part shade. Grows to a height and spread of 50cm.
