Postage Strike Updates: Our independent parcel carriers are unaffected by industrial action. Communications by letter (order confirmations, order updates etc) may take longer to arrive if you are ordering via telephone or post.
There will be a postage charge of £6.95, regardless of the amount of items per purchase (unless specified otherwise on some advertisements).
For unusually heavy or bulky items we sometimes may need to charge more for P&P. This will be clearly displayed on the product information page showing the price you should expect to pay. Items that exceed a certain weight will be delivered by Yodel.
If you would rather send your plants back to us, please feel free to do so telling us why we have not delivered the high quality service that you should expect. If, for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, just return it to us within 21 days.
We promise to exchange the item or return the price you paid for the item in full. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Hayloft Plants will not agree to refunding the costs of returning the parcel to us.
