We are not just taking great care of your plants; our friendly Customer Care Team are working every day from 9am to 4pm. Our phone lines are incredibly busy due to the recent closure of all garden centres, If possible, please shop and communicate online as this will helps gardeners who rely on their telephone.
Our dispatch team live and work on our nursery at the foot of Bredon Hill and are working extra hours to dispatch your plants as soon as possible, throughout this busy period please allow an additional 14 days from the due date on your order confirmation before you start to become concerned. As in previous years we do have to stop sending orders just before and after bank holidays to avoid parcels being held with the Royal Mail over the bank holiday period. The spring bank holidays are as follows;
Easter bank holiday: April 8th to14th
May bank holiday: May 5th to 10th
Spring bank holiday: May 20th to 26th
Your order is safe with us and we thank you so much for your order and patience during this busy time. We will do our utmost to keep everyone gardening whilst you are spending more time at home.
If, for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, just return it to us within 21 days.
We promise to exchange the item or return the price you paid for the item in full. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Hayloft Plants will not agree to refunding the costs of returning the parcel to us.
