We are not just taking great care of your plants; our friendly, horticulturally trained Customer Care Team are working every day from 9am to 5pm to answer your queries by phone on 01386 562 999 whilst also responding to your emails. During this busy period, in some instances it may possibly take up to ten days to respond to your email. As the current situation eases, we have taken on six Customer Care recruits to join our happy team with the aim to improve our average response time to within 72 hours by email. Please be reassured that all of your plants are covered by our No Quibble Guarantee and we will look after you. Our order lines are being answered by an external team from 8am to 5pm.
We are now delivering plants on time if not sooner. Please note the delivery dates when placing an order online as they are constantly updated as each plant becomes available.
