Where to plant Roscoea

Roscoea are best planted in a well-drained soil of loam or clay within an acidic, neutral or alkaline PH balance. They are best positioned in an area of partial shade. They can cope with full sun if they are sheltered from midday heat and are watered thoroughly and consistently through summer. Roscoea are well suited to flower beds and borders or used as under planting within cottage and informal garden settings.
