Ranunculus are well suited to flower beds, borders, pots and containers within cottage or informal garden styles. They are also suited to a cutting garden as they make excellent cut flowers.

Soak the bulbs for a few hours before planting to give your plants a kick-start. Amend the soil with compost and ensure good drainage. As a general rule, bulbs should be planted at a depth of around twice the height of the bulb. The ‘claws’ of the Ranunculus bulbs should be facing down when planting. Water well after planting.
